Who keeps Ek-Bhukt Vrat for one day, eats food made of only one type of grain (wheat, or barley, rice etc) and donates sesame seed cow and bull next day, he goes to Shiv Lok. This is called "Rudra Vrat" and destroys all sins and sorrows.
